The pneumatic projection spot welder/spot welding machine
The pneumatic projection spot welder/ gas pressure spot welding machine is disigned and manufactured by our own factory,Hebei meirun, which is a kind of pneumatic compression semi-automatic welding equipment with automatic control function.The electrode pressure and working range can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of setting.
They're mainly used in the spot welding and projection welding of various types of sheet metal structural workpieces.And they are also widely used in auto parts, motorcycle parts, steel radiator, solar water heater, metal packaging containers, steel safes and file cabinets, metal wire mesh, filtering equipment and other manufacturing industry.
1. The machine mainly consists of main machine, transformer, copper wire, air cylinder,welding electrode, foot switch and electric control box etc
2. This machine is used in single and multi spots welding. (It can weld 2 spots one time when 6-10mm, 4-6 spots one time when 3-6mm, 8 spots one time when 2-3mm.)
3. The machine can weld wire automatically after setting the speed, and can also weld by foot switch.
4. The machine has advantages of high efficiency, low cost, saving materials, unique design, good rigidity.
5. This machine mainly welds special mesh, such as mechanism, construction, steel bar mesh, fence mesh, barbecue mesh, craft mesh, stainless steel mesh and mesh edge.
