The main body of the machine adopts a cabinet-type structure with dimensions of 1.7m*0.9m*1.55m. During transport, the electrostatic spraying machine and the spray booth can both be stored inside the rectangular oven to prevent impact and damage. After delivery, they can be assembled separately on site, offering a high degree of flexibility.

Recovery and Reuse - Reducing Material Waste

The spray booth is equipped with three high-density polyester long-fiber filter cartridges, along with an exhaust system and a control system. During hanger spraying, excess PVC powder is filtered through a cyclone separation system. Usable powder is retained, while waste powder is automatically filtered out and discharged. The purified airflow generated during the process is discharged outdoors through an exhaust fan. This design ensures the recovery and reuse of PVC powder, reduces the waste of production materials, and prevents operators from inhaling dust, which can harm their health.

PVC Powder Coating Clothes Hanger Processing Flow:

Step 1: Assemble the electrostatic spraying machine and the spray booth equipment.

Step 2: Add an adequate amount of PVC powder to the powder tank of the spraying machine, and adjust various parameters according to production requirements.

Step 3: Hang the clothes hangers sideways in the spray booth, and begin the spraying process with the handheld spray gun. Leave a certain gap between every two hangers so the powder can cover evenly.

Step 4: Transfer the sprayed hangers into the heating oven, press the heating button, and adjust the temperature.

Step 5: Organize the finished clothes hangers after heating and curing.

Step 6: Regularly clean the pull-out powder collection box at the bottom of the spray booth, and recover the scattered powder for reuse.

1.Can this machine be used for powder coating hardware parts?

A: Yes, but the machine's space imposes certain limitations on the size of hardware parts, and the structure of the spray booth also needs to be modified accordingly. We recommend consulting our staff to obtain detailed reference data before deciding whether to place an order. 

2. Is the spray booth prone to powder adhering to the walls or accumulating? These PVC powders look like they could easily stain.

A: Basically not, so you don't need to worry about this. The walls of the spray booth are made of thick galvanized steel sheets and have been pre-treated with powder coating, making them resistant to powder adhesion. Even if a small amount of powder falls, it is easy to clean. A pull-out powder collection box is installed at the bottom of the spray booth to prevent powder accumulation.

3.If I want to change the color of the hangers (switch to a different color of PVC powder coating), is the process complicated?

A: Not complicated. You only need to replace the remaining powder in the powder supply hopper and ensure there is no residue in the powder hose connected to the spray gun. The spray booth and heating oven are basically unaffected.

4.Can you provide samples?
