The razor barbed wire straightening and cutting machine is an automated device for processing straight-line razor wire. During the production process, the punching press punches galvanized or stainless steel sheets into initial blade shapes, and the wire forming machine assembles and shapes the blades with the core wire. The razor barbed wire coils are then processed through the straightening and cutting machine. Typically, one razor wire mesh welding machine can be paired with two or more razor barbed wire straightening and cutting machines to achieve continuous line production. The straightening and cutting machine can process straight-line razor wire with lengths ranging from 1 m to 2.8 m, and can also be customized with extended versions such as 3.5 m, 4.5 m, etc., according to customer requirements. Automatic collection device
A U-shaped guide frame is installed at the discharge outlet, with a tilting ejection device mounted above it. Straight-line razor wire production process:
Step 1: Feeding and straightening. The machine automatically draws raw materials from the wire pay-off reel and the sheet pay-off reel. The wire passes through the straightening wheels and is stretched into a straight strip.
Step 2: Winding and assembly. The straightened wire and the punched blade casings are assembled into razor barbed wire.
Step 3: Flattening and forming. The assembled razor barbed wire is flattened and straightened again to ensure complete forming.
Step 4: Cutting. The built-in cutting device cuts the straight-line razor wire to a preset length.
Step 5: The finished strips slide down along the chute and fall into the guide frame.

1.Can this machine switch to different wire diameters as raw material for razor barbed wire? (For example, from 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm.)
Answer: Generally, no. The size of the feeding inlet is fixed and adjusted to your specified value before shipment. Switching from 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm wire as you mentioned may cause the wire to fail to pass through the inlet, or lead to incompatibility with some molds and parts.
