Machine Use process

Annealing process, heat up 3 hours to 850 degrees, the temperature for 3 hours 850 degrees.Automatic power cut for 2 hours, temperature drops to 600 to 700 degrees. Take the furnace liner out, put it in an insulated pit and cool it for 10 hours. Open the lid of the furnace, drop the temperature to less than 100 degrees, and pull out the finished annealing wire.
