Brick force mesh welding production process:

Step 1: Wire feeding -the metal wire passes through straightening wheels. The longitudinal wire feeding unit has two straightening wheels, while the transverse unit has one.

Step 2: Open the pneumatic welding valve.

Step 3: The built-in cutting unit cuts the transverse wire to a preset length and pushes it to the welding position.

Step 4: Two welding electrodes work simultaneously to weld the basic structure of the brick force mesh.

Step 5: The welded brick force mesh drops into the hopper along the machine's running direction. When a certain quantity has accumulated, workers move and pack it.

Step 6: Finished brick force mesh display.

FAQ

1.I noticed that the brick force mesh produced by this machine is all lap-welded (i.e., the weft wires are placed over the warp wires). Can it also produce butt-welded brick force mesh products?

Answer: Our customized brick force wire mesh welding machine can achieve butt-welding. You can consult our staff for more details about the parameters and product types available for the customized model.

2.Is the welding process of this machine safe enough? I noticed in the detailed video that a small amount of sparks and heavy smoke are generated during welding. Is there a risk of burns if workers come into contact with it?

Answer: During the welding process, the welding electrodes are indeed at high temperatures, and workers should not touch them with hands directly. The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button. If wire breakage or other faults occur during processing, press the emergency stop button first, then follow the instruction manual to troubleshoot. As long as proper procedures are followed, there is no risk of injury.

3.If I want to produce brick force mesh in roll form, do workers need to manually take it up after discharge?

Answer: No, the machine features automatic take-up, and we will also provide spools of suitable sizes for collecting the brick force mesh. Workers only need to handle packing and moving the finished products.
