The Automatic Razor Wire Mesh Welding Machine (Automatic Welded Razor Wire Machine) is suitable for welding galvanized and stainless steel razor wire. It is an independently developed piece of equipment by our company.This machine typically consists of two parts. One part is the forming equipment, which straightens, corrects, and cuts the razor wire to ensure uniform length and a straight shape after cutting. The other part is the welding equipment, which can weld the razor wire into panels or rolls, which can then be turned into razor wire fences after processing.

Razor Wire Fence Production Process

Step 1: Stamping

Use a stamping press to punch galvanized or stainless steel sheets into blade shapes.

Step 2: Forming

Use a forming machine to assemble the blades and core wire into razor wire, then straighten, correct, and cut it to produce straight razor wire strands.

Step 3: Welding

Use a welding machine to produce razor wire fences.
