The razor barbed wire wrapping and packing machine is an automated packaging device specifically designed for razor barbed wire products. Its purpose is to provide a reliable layer of cushioning and protection for razor barbed wire coils, while also preventing handling and packing personnel from being injured by the sharp blades. The machine is equipped with a separate electrical cabinet and control panel, allowing the operator to adjust the rotation speed of the winding ring, roller speed, and the overlap of the wrapping tape via a variable frequency drive. There are three sets of protective rollers, one on the top and two on the bottom, to support and secure the razor barbed wire coil. During operation, the operator first places the coil onto the worktable, manually adjusts the protective rollers to fix the coil in position, and then starts the machine. The winding ring rotates at a steady speed and automatically wraps the tape evenly around the coil.  Razor barbed wire coil wrapping and packing process:

Step 1: The operator places the razor barbed wire coil onto the machine worktable and secures it in place using the protective rollers.

Step 2: The operator manually pulls the wrapping tape from the unwinding shaft and wraps the end of the tape around the razor barbed wire coil.

Step 3: Turn on the machine and set the production parameters.

Step 4: The winding ring automatically takes up the wrapping tape and rotates 360° to evenly wrap the tape around the razor barbed wire coil.

Step 5: The conveyor rollers beneath the razor barbed wire rotate slowly, driving the coil to turn as well.

Step 6: After wrapping is complete, the operator seals the end of the wrapping tape with tape or other suitable tools.

1.Does this machine have shrink wrap packaging capability?

Answer: No. This machine mainly uses a wrapping packaging process and is not designed to handle shrink film or its related packaging materials.

2.How do I refill the wrapping tape if it runs out during operation?

Answer: If the wrapping tape runs out while the winding ring and the rollers beneath the coil are still rotating, you can press the emergency stop button. After the machine comes to a complete stop, refill the wrapping tape on the unwinding shaft. Please do not attempt this while the machine is still running.

3.Is there a limit to the width of the wrapping tape used on this machine?

Answer: Yes, the typical wrapping tape width ranges from 70 mm to 100 mm. The width is limited by the machine's delivery spool, which has a fixed height capacity.
