Steel Wire Bale Tie Making Machine for Steel Pipe

1. For the wire material, high carbon black steel wire and galvanized steel wire are available, such as Grade 45#, 50#, 55#, 60#
and 65# steel wire. The material has high tension in order to tie tightly. And the wire diameter can be 2.0 mm-4.0 mm, any diameter.
2. For the bale tie machine, our machine includes three parts like main machine, wire tray and collecting shaft, attached three pictures.
3. For the work principle, It have four steps, the first step is straightening wire, and second step is cutting wire according to the length which you adjust, the third step is bending and forming wire, final step is popping up the finished bale tie wire and collecting the bale tie by collecting shaft.
4. For the models, our machine models depend the length of making bale tie wire, certainly price depends on it too. Generally, our
machine can make 1800-6500 mm bale tie wire. Different length has different price.
